# 银行担保书

在欧洲进出口银行有限公司，我们组织并签发所有类型的银行担保，如

* 投标安全担保
* 履约银行担保
* 预付款银行担保
* 留存金银行担保

### 签发程序

**我们的工作方式是标准的银行惯例，并且是透明的，如下所述：**

1. 客户将填写好的、签名和密封的银行担保申请表格（见下文）连同申请人和受益人之间的合同复印件等证明文件一起发送给我们。我们将根据申请表和相关文件的要求准备并发送银行担保书草案。
2. 客户应使用我们提供的汇票与他们的受益人签订合同。一旦签订草案，客户应向我们发送以下文件：
   * 有其签名和盖章的最终草案；
   * 确认接受该汇票并建议我们进一步开展工作的利益函；
   * 他们的银行对账单，证明有足够的资金来支付出票费用。
3. 在收到上述3份文件后，将向客户提供由个别董事/股东签署的标准赔偿文件、由所有董事/股东签署的董事会决议、由授权签字人签署的汇票、由授权签字人签署的资金来源以及由授权签字人签署的申请和协议。\
   \
   客户必须按照我们提供的清单提交KYC文件，作为KYC和AML合规的一部分。\
   同时，我们会给客户一份电子KYC声明书，客户需要签署和盖章并寄回给我们。\
   \
   一旦我们收到签名的电子KYC声明信，我们将发出1500美元的电子KYC发票，客户需要支付。\
   \
   在收到该付款后，我们将向客户发布电子身份验证链接。<br>
4. 客户需要在我们分享的eKYC链接/门户网站上提交所有签名和密封填写的文件，之后我们的KYC和合规团队将审查这些文件。
5. 我们的 "了解你 "和合规团队将确认所提交的文件是否符合要求，如果符合要求，我们将向申请人出具一张发票，由银行支付发行费用（在向受益银行发行票据后，该费用不予退还）。
6. 在客户支付了开证费后，在7-10个银行工作日内，我们将签发票据，并将其交付给供应商/受益人银行。
7. 交易结束，直至开出。
